About Me

Hi, I Am Cesar Werner

Who am I?
My name is Cesar M. Werner, and I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition over 8 years ago. Since then, I have dedicated my life to not only overcoming physical challenges but also improving my emotional and mental well-being. Through my personal journey, I have learned the importance of a holistic approach to health, and today, I help others discover their strength and vitality, no matter the obstacles they face.

Hi, I Am Cesar Werner

From the very first symptoms, I felt that something wasn’t right with my body. My wife Carolina and I started researching the different symptoms I was experiencing at that time. After several months of tests and exams, I was diagnosed with MS. Following the diagnosis, I fell into a months-long depression as the symptoms became more aggressive each day. Even after eight months, my neurologist was uncertain about classifying the type of MS I had, as it was behaving like Primary Progressive MS.

However, my wife and I were convinced that we could manage the condition to some extent by making changes to my diet, rest, and physical activity. Slowly, we began to see slight improvements in my daily life. Today, we’ve managed to halt the progression of the condition, and I no longer require formal medical treatment, aside from annual check-ups. I now live a normal life, performing my work duties without issue, and I have the energy to fully engage with my wife, my children, family, and friends. All of this was possible because I made the decision to want to feel better and live a normal life. I invite you to do the same—regain your vitality and live without fatigue and pain.

If you also want to feel full of energy, strength, and enthusiasm, I’m here to give you the tools.
